In 2009, PCVS met various challenges, which created additional demands on staff and management outside of their normal duties.
In order to regain valuable space necessary for employee seating within PCVS, as well as adherence to best practices as relates to disaster recovery, PCVS implemented an electronic back-file conversion of its files which was completed in December 2009, allowing PCVS to be virtually paperless in 2010.
In May, 2009, PCVS implemented Visual CACTUS, a new credentialing software system which management deemed an appropriate platform due to a number of clients utilizing this same software package, as well as desiring PCVS to maintain its competitiveness within the industry.
